Second annual sisters gathering

Two times makes a tradition, right?  What magic to get together with my seeeeester again this spring.

Here's all the fun we had last year... hard to top, I realize.

We had a list of projects - caulk the bathroom shower (remember how beautiful the full bath is?  check out that blog post here), wrap the tall shrubs to protect from deer, seal the deck, re-shape the firepit (what an amazing creation that was, but it needed to be made smaller-- recall the original build from this blog post here).

All work and no play?  NO WAYYYYYYY!  We kayaked (see the seal?), drank sub-par martinis, hiked in the woods, napped in the hammock and had a bonus visit with cousin Sarah! 

Oh, and discovered a roadside stand where we bought plants and flowers... and paid our money in the stump.  Yes, in the stump.

More fun than should fit into one weekend.  Can't wait for next year!  xo
