Earlier in December, we drove to Rockland to see the enormous lobster tree- what a project that must have been to put up! My favorite part is the lobster star tree topper.
Several inches of snow on Christmas Eve made for a classic New England winter setting. The snow stuck to the trees (especially the evergreens) and was a beautiful backdrop for our time in Maine.
We enjoyed a great holiday, filled with peace and quiet, winter hikes, time with family, and getting together with friends.
