 Dinner at Salt + Pepper inspired us, both with their gorgeous view, and their drink special...



We selected proportions to accentuate the grapefruit (fresh squeezed, of course) and offset elderflower sweetness. As such, we renamed it a Grapefruit Gin & Tonic.



Mix 2 parts gin, 1 part fresh grapefruit juice, 1/2 part elderflower liquor, shake with ice.
Serve over ice. Add tonic to taste & garnish with fresh fruit ... or if you can pull it off (which we could), a twist of peel!
