Sliding doors

To save space, and add architectural interest, we always knew we wanted sliding doors for the bedroom and bathroom.  We never imagined that the builders would customize such beautiful doors.  Take a look at their transformation, beginning with raw wood, finishing with nautical hardware.

Rolling hardware was from Rockler, custom doors by Jeffrey Pierce & crew, stainless cleats installed by Bill.

Final step was to install the interior pulls-- a little nerve-wracking to take a chisel to these gorgeous doors, but it was worth the risk.

We're very happy with the final product!
