Heather gets a BIG garden!

                            

While it is true that I eat, sleep and dream gardens, I've lived my adult life on a city lot with modest side gardens.


Never in my wildest dreams did I consider the notion of massive perennial borders, hillside shade gardens, abundant native wildflowers, or sprays of sea lavender.  

        

                

Also never before did I need to plan for deer.  

Turns out they LOVE hosta.  

Duly noted.
