Springtime in Maine brings early, hardy flowers...
and snow.
Snowdrops are a sure sign that spring has sprung... even if they have to endure a light covering of snow.
Work weekend consisted of meeting the electrician, finalizing the
kitchen layout (didn't we do that already? - turns out that the details
are worth double and triple checking), selecting exterior lighting (stay
tuned for photos, I think you'll like our choice), itemizing finishings
and ... well, I guess that's it. Then we ate cookies.
We baked up a batch of family recipe molasses cookies- tried and true, tested by those who recall- Bill and Steve both give them a thumbs up.
The cookies look great— coming from any kitchen layout!
ReplyDeleteNice to see spring blooming in Maine!
ReplyDeleteDave loves the garage door. He said to tell you that it looks like an open and shut case to him...
